OUR HISTORY
Sotexpro is a French manufacturer of non-flammable (M1) decorative furnishing fabrics.
Since 1973, the development of our collections has combined style with technical prowess. With its Art Department and field team, Sotexpro is the ideal partner to help your business stand out on your markets.
What about CROCFEU?
CROCFEU, which has become a household name for M1-rated flame retardant fabrics, remains SOTEXPRO’s historic trademark. While CROCFEU is still the reference for many of our customers, we are evolving to meet the latest decorative trends in upholstery fabrics and strengthened regulations in the construction sector (researching thermal and soundproofing properties, etc.).
SOTEXPRO is now certified by France Terre Textile®, establishing the company’s desire to maintain its business locally in France.
“Sotexpro will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary. When I took over the business from my uncle, I was aware of the heritage that had been passed on to me. I have always taken a keen interest in perpetuating the expertise of the textile sector in France”.
